Chicken drumsticks with green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red pepper, coconut milk, fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), garlic (squeezed), lime (cleaned), chicken drumsticks, green beans, red onion (in thin rings), ginger juice (bottle 250 ml), white wine vinegar and fresh coriander ((15 g) coarsely chopped).

Cut the stalk of the red pepper.

Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.

Cut the red pepper finely.

Mix the red pepper in a bowl with coconut milk, fish sauce and garlic.

Grate the green skin of the lime above.

Squeeze out the lime and mix the juice through the marinade.

Roll in the chicken drumsticks and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cook the green beans for 6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix the drained green beans with the onion.

Put the ginger juice and the vinegar through.

Add pepper and salt.

Keep the green beans in the refrigerator.

Light the barbecue.

Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Place them on a greased grid and grill them in brown for about 10 minutes.

Move the chicken drumsticks to a less hot part or slide the grate higher on the barbecue, and cover them loosely with aluminum foil.

Let the chicken drumsticks be done in about 20 minutes; times now and again.

Sprinkle the chicken with the coriander and serve with the green beans..
