Andijview sock with curry and potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, almond shavings (45 g), onions, garlic, sunflower oil, baby potatoes (small (a 450 g)), seasoned sausages, sliced endive (a 400 g) and curry powder.

Almond shavings in a dry skillet over a high heat, stirring until light brown.

Cool on plate.

Peel onions and garlic.

Cut onions into wedges.

Slice the garlic.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan over high heat and bake for 10 min.

Arrange regularly.

After 5 minutes add half onion and half garlic and fry.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry sausages in approx.

8 min.

Around brown and cooked.

Heat the remaining oil in the wok to a high heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add endive and curry powder, stir quickly and stir-fry for 1 min.

Add salt and pepper and half almonds to taste.

Divide endive directly over 4 plates.

Sprinkle almonds over it.

Place the lambs and sausages next to them..
