Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and put in the batter for one pancake.

Immediately press the slices of pear into the batter and sprinkle the crumbled walnuts over it.

Turn the pancake and bake the other side for a while.

Now lay the whole walnuts and the slices of brie on the pancake and let the cheese melt for about a minute under the hot grill.

Finally pour some honey over the pancake and serve immediately.
