Shrimp skewer with paprika sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, red peppers (seed lists removed), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), king prawns ((500 g, frozen), thawed), white bread (without crust), ground cumin (djinten) and almonds (dry roasted (a 125 g)).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Roast the peppers for about 30 minutes in the oven until they are black. Place them in a pan with lid for 15 minutes. Remove the stem attachment, the seed lists and the sheet.

Cut the red pepper finely. Mix with half of the oil, half of the garlic and salt to taste. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, soak the bread in 50 ml of water. Squeeze out and mash the paprika, the rest of the oil, the rest of the garlic, cumin and almonds in the food processor to a dip.

Thread the prawns on the pricks. Heat the grill pan and grill them for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the dip.
