Ingredients
- 4 steak à 150 g
- 3 clove garlic pressed
- 1 crop butter lettuce
- 1 lemon
- 150 gram snow peas cleaned up
- 100 gram haricots verts cleaned up
- 250 gram frozen pea
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 gram cooked ham strips
- 6 leaf fresh fresh mint
- 50 milliliters Meat bouillon
- 50 milliliters meat fond
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

Rub the steak around with the garlic. Sprinkle with pepper.

Cut the light leaves of the lettuce into strips.

Cut half of the lemon into wedges and peel the other half narrow strips of the peel.

Cook the snow peas, haricots verts and peas for 3-4 minutes in water with salt.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the ham strips lightly crispy. Meanwhile, fry the steak in the rest of the olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.

Spoon the poured vegetables through the ham, heat for a moment, mix in the mint, the thin strips and lemon zest.

Remove the steak from the pan.

Add broth and balsamic vinegar to the shortening and let it boil slightly. Serve the steak with the balsamic vinegar and the vegetable dish and garnish with wedges of lemon if necessary.
