Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the shiitake and steak strips with the garlic for a few minutes at a high setting.
  2. Sprinkle with chilli, salt and sesame seeds and serve immediately. Sprinkle with coriander.
  3. Tasty with rice or noodles.
