Fish fingers with potato wafers
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato wafers (a 450 g), corn kernels (300 g), cucumber, pineapple (227 g), oil, vinegar, Greek yoghurt (a 500 ml), garlic, chives (bag of 25 g) ), fish fingers (frozen and 10 pieces).

Preheat oven to 220 ºC and bake wafers according to baking instructions.

Let corn drain and do in shell.

Cucumber and cut into pieces.

Drain pineapple, collect 2 tsp juice.

Mix pineapple, corn and cucumber with 2 tbsp oil, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Put the yoghurt in a bowl and press the garlic over it.

Cut half of chives and stir in garlic sauce.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, heat residual oil and fry fish fingers until tender and brown.

Cut the rest of chive sprouts smaller.
-
Cut fish fingers through the middle.
-
On four plates make turrets from pieces of fish stick and wafers.

Garnish with chives.

Serve turrets with sauce, salad and rest of wafers..
