Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon cubes in 5 min. Golden brown and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

In the meantime, finely chop the onion. Fry the onion in the remaining shortening 2 min.

Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Meanwhile, let the artichoke drain and cut into quarters.

Drain the pasta and add to the spinach together with the bacon cubes and hummus.

Add the artichoke and gently brush. Season with pepper.
