Tagliatelle with zucchini salmon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tagliatelle bicolore (375 g), courgettes, olive oil, mix for tagliatelle cream sauce (70 g), semi-skimmed milk and salmon pieces (200 g).

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Clean the courgettes and cut into thick slices.

Cut slices into strips.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Zucchini for 2 min.

Mix for cream sauce, stir 200 ml water and milk through zucchini, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 min.

Mix salmon pieces with sauce and heat for 1 min.

Serving Tagliatelle with zucchini salmon sauce.
