Beet soup with smoked sausage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomato soup basil (chilled vegetables (a 570 ml)), beetroot (grated (400 g)), smoked sausage ((bag 250 g), sliced) and brown bread (diagonally cut).

Put the tomato soup with the beetroot in a pan, bring it to the boil and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat a dry frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the slices of smoked sausage 6-7 min., Turn the slices halfway.

Puree the soup with the hand blender.

Dilute the soup as desired with a dash of water and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spoon the soup into 4 bowls and spread the smoked sausage over it.

Serve the bread..
