Chops with hot grapes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garnish almonds ((55 g), minced meat), hare or rib chops, oil, garlic (finely chopped), seedless white grapes (halved), stem ginger ((pot 240 g), chopped) and ginger syrup (from jar with voice ginger).

Toast the almonds in a frying pan without oil or butter golden brown and let cool on a plate.

Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops over medium heat for 8-10 min.

Until tender and golden brown.

Turn halfway.

Place the meat on a plate, sprinkle with salt to taste and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Fruit the garlic 30 sec.

Add the grapes, almonds and ginger and stir-fry 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the ginger syrup.

Season the grape mixture with pepper and salt.

Place the pork chops on four plates and pour the grape mixture on top.
