Pita chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lettuce, cress, shoarma herbs, butter or margarine, chicken fillet strips (bowl), shoarma breads, silver onions (pot) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Wash the lettuce and dab each leaf with some paper towels dry. Cut the cress loose. Sprinkle the shawarma spices on the strips of chicken breast. Cut a piece from the top of the shawarma rolls and gently squeeze the bread rolls.

Put the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken strips over a high heat for about 4 minutes. Spoon the strips occasionally. Meanwhile, roast the shawarma rolls in the toaster.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir the silver onions and the crème fraîche through the chicken strips.

Put a leaf of lettuce in each roll. Put the chicken mixture in the buns and sprinkle the cress over it. Put the sandwiches on a plate and eat nice chips.
