Classic hachee with natural onion and delicious herbs.

Directions

  1. Cut the onions coarse. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat.
  2. Fry the onion after approx. 2 min. Sprinkle the meat with pepper, salt and flour and spoon over.
  3. Add the water and the bouillon tablet so that the meat is just below.
  4. Add the vinegar, sugar, bay leaves and cloves.
  5. Bring to the boil and roast the meat with the lid at an angle on the pan over a low heat for about 3 hours.
  6. If necessary, season the gravy with salt and pepper.
