Veal schnitzels with roasted potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (approx. 200 g), broccoli, butter or margarine, veal schnitzels (approx. 125 g), salt and pepper, crème fraîche (125 ml), fresh parsley (30 g ) and garlic.

Clean potatoes and pierce them in different places with a fork.

Clean broccoli, wash and divide into florets.

Cook potatoes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts) for approx.

10 minutes.

Cook broccoli in approx.

8 minutes.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Season the veal schnitzels with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown in approx.

8 minutes.
-
Halfway through.
-
Meanwhile, stir up crème fraîche with salt and pepper.

Parsley finely chop.
-
Parsley stirring through crème fraîche.

Peel the garlic, press out the sauce and stir.
-
Slice potatoes half-open and serve with a generous spoonful of sauce.

Serve with veal schnitzels and broccoli..
