Veal schnitzels with roasted potatoes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (approx. 200 g), broccoli, butter or margarine, veal schnitzels (approx. 125 g), salt and pepper, crème fraîche (125 ml), fresh parsley (30 g ) and garlic.

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes and pierce them in different places with a fork.
  2. Clean broccoli, wash and divide into florets.
  3. Cook potatoes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts) for approx.
  4. 10 minutes.
  5. Cook broccoli in approx.
  6. 8 minutes.
  7. Heat butter in frying pan.
  8. Season the veal schnitzels with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown in approx.
  9. 8 minutes.
  10. Halfway through.
  11. Meanwhile, stir up crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
  12. Parsley finely chop.
  13. Parsley stirring through crème fraîche.
  14. Peel the garlic, press out the sauce and stir.
  15. Slice potatoes half-open and serve with a generous spoonful of sauce.
  16. Serve with veal schnitzels and broccoli..
