Steak with red fruit sauce and sprouts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried red fruit (180 g), Brussels sprouts (cleaned, a 350 g), onion, mashed potatoes (mixed cubes, 750 g), steak (a 300 g) and butter.
Fry the fruit with 100 ml of water in microwave at full power (700 watts) for 2 minutes.

Peel and chop onions.
Mash mashed potatoes according to instructions.
Spread the steak with pepper.
Heat butter in frying pan.
Steak in 4 min.
Brown and inside rosé bins.
Remove the steak from the pan, sprinkle with salt and let it rest for a while.
Stir in onion and red fruit through cooking fat and fry for 2 minutes.
Mash mashed potatoes over four plates, place the beef on them and half-fry the red fruit.
Serve with sprouts..
