Corn cookies with grilled sausages
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corn kernels ((300 g), drained), eggs, flour, frankfurters, oil and ketchup.

Preheat the oven grill.

Mash the corn kernels in the food processor to a thin mass and beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

Add so much flour that it becomes a sticky mass.

Cut the sausages around the centimeter, brush them around with a little oil and put them on a baking sheet.

Put the sausages 10 cm under the hot grill and let them turn golden brown and crispy in 6 minutes.

They curl around themselves.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan, scoop up the maize batter and press it slightly flat with a spatula.

Fry the cookies until golden brown in 4-6 minutes and cook until the top is almost dry.

Divide the corn cookies and sausages over 4 plates and serve with some ketchup.
