A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hare chops, tomato cubes (a 400 g), balsamic vinegar, rice, ready roasted beans (250 g), broccoli florets (300 g), fresh parsley (chopped), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), dried thyme and chili powder.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and fry them on high heat on both sides.
  2. Add the tomato cubes with juice, garlic, balsamic vinegar and thyme and continue cooking the chops on a low heat for 25 minutes.
  3. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
  4. In the meantime, cook the green beans in 7-8 minutes in a large pan, and cook the broccoli for the last 4-5 minutes.
  5. Serve the pork chops with the tomato sauce on the rice, sprinkle with the parsley and generous pepper.
