Chop in tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, hare chops, tomato cubes (a 400 g), balsamic vinegar, rice, ready roasted beans (250 g), broccoli florets (300 g), fresh parsley (chopped), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), dried thyme and chili powder.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and fry them on high heat on both sides.

Add the tomato cubes with juice, garlic, balsamic vinegar and thyme and continue cooking the chops on a low heat for 25 minutes.
