Tofu with zucchini from the wok
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tofu naturel (375 g), Japanese soy sauce, stir-fry oil, garlic (finely chopped), fresh ginger root (peeled and grated), courgettes (diced) and spring onions (in 2 cm pieces).

Tofu cut into slices of s cm thick.

Place Tofu in bowl and pour 4 tbsp of soy sauce over it.

Tofu marinate for 5 minutes, turning slices occasionally.

Take tofu from soy sauce (store the marinade!) And pat dry with kitchen paper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and gently bake garlic and ginger until fragrance is released.

Add the zucchini and spring onions and fry until tender in 5 minutes.

Season with 1-2 t of soy sauce and pepper.

In the meantime heat the rest of oil in frying pan and tofu on high heat in 3-4 min.

Marinade and pour tofu for 2-3 minutes, until moisture evaporates and all slices are coated with a shiny layer.

Make zucchini mixture on four plates and place slices of tofu on top of each other.

Serve with white and wild rice..
