A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice, tofu natural (a 375 g), soya sauce (bottle a 150 ml), eggs (M), sambal, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g) and ginger syrup (bottle a 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Cut tofu into strips, mix with soy sauce and allow to marinate.
  3. Eat eggs with sambal and 2 tablespoons of water.
  4. Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in large frying pan.
  5. Bake omelets and keep warm from half of egg 2.
  6. Make 2 more omelets.
  7. Drain the tofu, collect soy sauce.
  8. Meanwhile, heating in wok residue of oil.
  9. Tofu short stir-fry, add vegetable mix and fry approx.
  10. 4 minutes.
  11. Stir in soy sauce and ginger syrup.
  12. Place omelets on four plates.
  13. Make a vegetable mix in the middle of omelets with a skimmer.
  14. Fold up and turn over omelets.
  15. Create rice next to it.
  16. Moisture and boil in addition to rice and omelet.
  17. Tasty with crackers..
