Omelette with vegetable surprise
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice, tofu natural (a 375 g), soya sauce (bottle a 150 ml), eggs (M), sambal, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g) and ginger syrup (bottle a 250 ml).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Cut tofu into strips, mix with soy sauce and allow to marinate.

Eat eggs with sambal and 2 tablespoons of water.

Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in large frying pan.

Bake omelets and keep warm from half of egg 2.

Make 2 more omelets.

Drain the tofu, collect soy sauce.

Meanwhile, heating in wok residue of oil.

Tofu short stir-fry, add vegetable mix and fry approx.

Stir in soy sauce and ginger syrup.

Place omelets on four plates.
