Pasta pesto with bacon and spinach
Spaghetti with bacon strips, green pesto, leeks and spinach.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon strips in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 minutes.

Wash and cut the leeks in thin half rings. Add the leek to the bacon and cook for 3 minutes.

Spoon the pesto through the bacon pre-mix.

Then add a handful of spinach and let it shrink. Repeat until the spinach is finished.

Mix the spaghetti with the pesto spinach mixture and season with pepper.

Spoon the spaghetti on the plates and divide the grated Parmesan cheese over it.
