A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini, broccoli, leeks, herb butter, vegetable soup base (430 ml), shell pasta (macaroni, bag a 500 g), smoked salmon pieces (200 g) and fresh basil (15 g).

Directions

  1. Clean vegetables and cut into pieces.
  2. Melt herb butter in a soup pot and bake vegetables.
  3. Add soup base plus 3 pots of water and bring soup to the boil.
  4. Add the macaroni and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Last minute stir fry.
  6. Cut the basil.
  7. Soup with basil garnish.
  8. Tasty with baguette..
