Oriental meal soup with balls
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, oil, fried rice / bami vegetables (450 g), leeks (in rings), extra strong beef broth (pack of 8 tablets), solid potatoes ((3 kg bag), peeled), noodles ( pack 500 g) and beef soup balls (about 250 g).

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry an omelette. Halve the red pepper from the nasi / bami vegetables, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into strips. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper for 1 min. Add the rest of the vegetables, except the bean sprouts, and the leeks and stir fry 4 min.

Add the bouillon tablets with 1 1/2 liters of water and bring to the boil with the lid on the pan. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add the potatoes and the soup to the soup and cook them covered in 10 min. Until done, remove the litters with a fork after 4 min and add the soup balls. Add pepper to taste.

Roll up the omelette and cut into strips. Spoon the soup into 4 deep plates or bowls and garnish with the omelet strips and the bean sprouts.
