Spanish beef balls in tomato sauce
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), garlic (pressed), sifted tomatoes (520 g), minced beef, almond shavings (55 g), potato wedges (600 g, frozen) and zucchini.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry half of the onion 3 min. Add half of the garlic and fruit for 2 min. Add the sifted tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, mix the mince with the rest of the onion, the rest of the garlic, the almond shavings and pepper and salt. Shape balls of the size of a walnut.

Put the balls in the sauce and let them cook over low heat in 20 minutes. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges for 15 min. On medium heat. Halve the zucchini in the length, cut into slices and add to the potatoes. Fry on high heat for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce in a separate dish with the potatoes with zucchini.
