Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min on medium heat.

Add the tomato cubes and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the olives and add with the capers. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the pasta over plates and spoon the sauce over it. Crumble the cheese on top and spread a handful of rocket over it.
