Shrimp with salsa
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basil ((15 g), only the leaves), flat parsley ((20 g), only the leaves), chives ((25 g), chopped), anchovy fillets ((jar 100 g) ), drained), garlic (finely chopped), capers ((jar 100 g), drained), red wine vinegar, olive oil, giant shrimps ((500 g, frozen), thawed) and lemon (scrubbed).

Ingredients
- 1 tray basil (15 g), only the leaves
- 1 tray flat leaf parsley (20 g), only the leaves
- 1 tray chives (25 g), finely chopped
- 5 anchovy fillets (jar 100 g), drained
- 1 toe garlic finely chopped
- 2 el capers (jar 100 g), drained
- 2 el Red wine vinegar
- 8 el olive oil
- 1 bag giant shrimp (500 g, freezer), thawed
- 1 lemon cleaned up

Puree the basil, parsley, chives, anchovies, garlic, capers, vinegar and 6 tbsp oil in the food processor. Season with pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp in 6 minutes until done. Season with the juice of 1/2 lemon and pepper and salt. Cut the other lemon half into 4 slices. Serve with the sauce and lemon slices. Nice after the spaghetti with seafood and with the lettuce with orange dressing.
