Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix 2 tablespoons of wok oil.

Stir fry the bacon cubes in a hot wok crispy. Add the Bumbu spice and fry them.

Keep the bean sprouts tuna apart and cut the pepper, without seeds, smaller.

Add the rest of the oil to the bacon. Spoon the vegetables, except for the bean sprouts and celeriac, through them and stir-fry in about 5 minutes al dente.

Put the noodles and bean sprouts through and fry briefly. Sprinkle the dish with the celeriac.
