Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Cook the potatoes together with the kale in 20 minutes until done. Heat the smoked sausage according to the packaging.

Chop the onion. Let the butter turn brown in a saucepan and fry the onion. Add the gravy and the water and let stir with whisk.

Stir in the mustard. Heat the milk. Then mix the potatoes with the vegetables and milk.

Season with pepper and salt. Serve the stew with the sausage and gravy.
