Grilled chicken with orange-mustard dressing


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, rice (multigrain (pack a 275 g)), chicken fillet (in bars), oil, orange juice, mustard (mild), carrot (scraped and thin slices), radish (in thin slices) and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Brush the chicken fillet thinly with oil and grill in 6 minutes until done, turn halfway.
  3. Beat the orange juice and the mustard with the rest of the oil into a dressing, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Scoop the slices of carrot and radishes together.
  5. Halve the cucumber in the length and cut the halves into ribbons.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Divide the rice over four plates and put the chicken on it.
  8. Place the cucumber ribbons and the carrot-radish mix next to them and sprinkle the vegetables with the orange-mustard dressing..
