Spinach with meatballs in gravy


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes ((kilo 'something crumbly), in four), roast (meatballs (3 pieces)), gravy (light (20 g)), olive oil, onion (coarsely chopped), red pepper (in pieces), spinach (finely chopped (advantage pack 750 g, frozen)) and raisins (bag 500 g).

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook until cooked according to the instructions on the package. Cut the meatballs into quarters. Prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package. Stew the meatballs for 5 minutes in the gravy until they are warm.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the paprika pieces and stir-fry 3 minutes. Spoon the spinach and let the spinach thaw. Add the raisins and heat the spinach for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the meatballs in gravy with the spinach and the potatoes.
