Finely chop the parsley, chives and dill.

In a bowl, combine the oatmeal with the fresh herbs, mustard, salt and some freshly ground pepper.

Mix 1/3 of the butter until it is evenly sticky.

Rub the ham with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan.

Cover the top with the spice mixture and press it well.

Slide the ham into the oven and switch the oven to 180 ° C. Roast the ham for 30 minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut them together with the celery in 2 cm pieces.

Then divide the carrots and celery around the ham and scoop them through the roast.
