Spicy nasi goreng with shrimp and egg

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice and drain in a colander.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion for 3 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Roll up the omelets and cut into strips. Spoon the rice through the vegetable mix and season the fried rice with sambal and salt.

Cut the celery fine. Bake the rice in 5 min. Warm and crispy. Take the wok from the heat and pour the celery, shrimp and omelette through.
