Spicy nasi goreng with shrimp and egg

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice and drain in a colander.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion for 3 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Cut the celery fine. Bake the rice in 5 min. Warm and crispy. Take the wok from the heat and pour the celery, shrimp and omelette through.
