Beat the ingredients for the marinade together and scoop the meat through. Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. Scoop occasionally.

Thread the meat alternately with the corn and peppers on the skewers. Brush the vegetables with a little oil and grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on the barbecue. The meat is tastiest when it is still pink inside.
