Potato-paprika dish with pork fillet
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (250 g), red peppers, potatoes (700 g), rosemary, extra virgin olive oil (500 ml bottle), lemon juice, cucumber and marinated pork fillets à la minute (approx. 300 g) ).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Shallot and halve the shallots.

Peppers clean and cut into pieces.

Bake the potatoes, shallot, bell pepper, rosemary and 4 tbsp oil in large flat baking trays or on baking tray.

Bake completely in 20 minutes, shovel occasionally.

Mix the rest of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper dressing.

Cucumber and cut into slices.

Create dressing.

In frying pan fillet steak in marinade in 1 min.
