Pasta with Italian fish sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, onions (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), winter carrot ((1 kg bag), coarsely grated), tomato cubes ( 400 g), tilapia fillet ((280 g), into pieces) and parsley (bag 30 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat in a frying pan or stirring oil and fry the onion shavings, the mushrooms and the grated winter carrots golden brown in 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato cubes with tomato juice and 150 ml water and bring the sauce to the boil.
  4. Place the fish pieces in it, turn the heat low and let the fish cook for about 8 minutes, gently shoving.
  5. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  6. Slice the parsley.
  7. Drain the pasta in a colander and scoop it with the parsley in the fish sauce.
  8. Serve the dish in 4 deep plates..
