Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Clean lemon peel, zest and grate fruit.
  3. Sait coalfish with salt and pepper and swirl through flour.
  4. Bake fish in butter for 8-10 min.
  5. Juice lemon juice and rasp through rice.
  6. Heat in wok oil and stir-fry mix and bean sprouts for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sulfur fish, rice and vegetables over four plates..
