Chicken stew with mace
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, kohlrabi (peeled), chicken breast (in large pieces), butter, onion (in thin segments), leeks (in pieces of 2 cm), lemon (scrubbed), dried thyme, mace and chicken broth (from tablet).

Cut the kohlrabi into slices and then into cubes.

Boil for 5 minutes in water with salt, drain and allow to cool.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the chicken in 5 min.

Around light brown.

Spoon the onion, kohlrabi and leek through and cook for 2 minutes.

Halve the 1/2 lemon in length, cut into thin slices and scoop with the thyme and the mace through the chicken mixture.

Pour in the stock and bring it to the boil.

Place the lid on the pan, lower the heat and simmer the chicken and vegetables for 25-35 minutes.

Scoop occasionally.
