Put the couscous with salt to taste in a large bowl. Boil the water, pour it into the couscous and let the couscous top for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in 5 min. Golden brown and done.

Cut the beetroot into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Slice the parsley. Spoon the couscous with the chicken, oil, grater, juice, parsley and cheese.
