Fried chicken fillet with cranberry sauce
Christmas dish chicken breast from the oven with cranberry and potatoes with rosemary served with garden peas and broccoli.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the needles of the rosemary fine.

Halve the potatoes and mix with ⅔ of the rosemary, oil, pepper and salt.

Spread them over a griddle covered with parchment paper and grate in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the chicken fillets in the length. Sprinkle each chicken fillet with the rest of the rosemary, pepper and salt.

Put the fillets together with the unpeeled garlic cloves on the baking sheet at the potatoes and cook until about 15 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stem and cut into 1 cm pieces. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes in a large pan of water.

Add the garden peas in the last minute.

Clean the orange, grate the orange skin and squeeze the fruit. Mix the cranberry sauce with a ½ tsp orange zest and ½ tbsp juice.

Remove the skin from the puffed garlic, fine and spread over the chicken breasts. Serve the chicken fillet with the vegetables, potatoes and cranberry sauce.
