Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sambal
- 1 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 4 steak
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 spring / forest onion
- 1 mango
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 bunch coriander
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tablespoon oil for the chutney
- 1 shallot for the chutney
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder for the chutney
- 1 pinch coriander powder (ketoembar) for the chutney
- 1 fresh ginger for the chutney
- 1 Apple for the chutney
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar for the chutney
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar for the chutney
Directions

Remove most of the marinade (keep it) from the meat and place the steaks on the work surface. Divide 1 tablespoon of the chutney over each steak.

Put a few strips of peppers and spring onions on the chutney and roll up the meat. Stick with a stick and brush around with the remaining oil.

Make a salad of mango, cucumber and coriander and season with lime juice.

Heat a frying pan and fry the meat rolls in a few minutes around brown and inside rosé. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Pour the marinade with 1 tablespoon of water into the pan and stir the cakes. Cut the rolls into slices, place them on plates and sprinkle with the gravy. Serve with the mango salad. Delicious with white rice.
