Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the oven dish.

Mix the RedHot Wings sauce with the apricot jam. Scoop the chicken through, spread over the baking dish and let it come to room temperature in 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the cabbage, raisins, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, chives, pepper and salt in a bowl. Cover.

Mix the crème fraîche with the RedHot Wings sauce, cover and place in the fridge with the coleslaw.

Place the potatoes each on a piece of aluminum foil and fold the foil closed. Pof approx. 45 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Fry the chicken at the same time for about 45 minutes. Turn the chicken wings halfway.

Cut the potatoes in length, scoop 1 tbsp. Of crème fraîche and garnish with the rest of the chives. Serve with the chicken and coleslaw.
