Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Place the wraps on the baking sheets and brush them with the crème fraîche.

Crumble the raw meat and sprinkle with paprika, pepper and salt.

Spread the pepper and onion over it and fry this flammkuchen in the oven for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the salad with the dressing.

Serve the flammkuchen with the salad or on top and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
