Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the curry paste on medium heat until it starts to smell strong.
  4. Pour the coconut milk and bring it to the boil.
  5. Add the chicken fillet and the green beans. Season with the sugar and salt and bring it to the boil.
  6. Let the dish simmer for 10 minutes, until the chicken is done, and add the tomatoes after 5 minutes.
  7. Divide the rice together with the chicken in the green curry over deep plates.
