Fry the bacon cubes in a frying pan until crispy and light brown. Grease the oven dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a wok or high (frying pan) and stir fry the spinach for a few minutes on a fairly high heat. Add the garlic from the squeezer during stir-frying.

Spoon the spinach in the fireproof dish. Spoon the pieces of tomato on this layer.

With the convex side of a large spoon, press 4 holes in this layer. Break an egg in each cavity. Put a sprig of rosemary in the dish here and there.

Place the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the crunchy, warm bacon over the dish. Eat rice for example.
