Do the couscous in the boiling water for 6 minutes. Chop the onion and press the garlic. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the minced meat in 3 minutes. Scoop the onion, garlic and paprika through the minced meat and cook for 2 minutes.

Mix in the tomatoes and season with the chili pepper and salt. Let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cured couscous 2-3 min. Divide the couscous and mince sauce over plates.
