Oven salmon with spicy leek
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow rice (325 g), oil, onion (chopped), anchovy fillet (a 46 g), leek (in rings) and salmon fillet (a ca. 100 g).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Boil the yellow rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and the anchovies until the anchovies melt and the onion turns color.

Turn off the heat and scoop the anchovies and onions with the leek.

Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon 4 puffs of anchovies-pre-mix onto the large sheets of baking paper.
