Tomato stir-fry soup with minced meat
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, celery, carrots, thin leek, baking ginger, stir-fry oil, ground beef, medium sherry, Chinese soy sauce and stir-fry soup for tomato soup (package `2 bags of Honig).

Wash celery, clean and cut into thin loops. Washing pats, cleaning and cutting into slices. Clean the leek, wash and cut into (oblique) rings. Cut baking ginger a bit finer.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in woks. Ground beef stir-fry in about 2 minutes. Add rest of oil. Add celery, carrots and leeks and stir-fry for about 1 1/2 minutes on medium heat. Stir in baking ginger, sherry and soy sauce. Add 6 dl of water. Mix the soup mixture and bring it to the boil. Soup gently for about 2 minutes. Serve with (hot) baguette.
