Steak strips with cumin and paprika
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak, oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml), soy sauce (bottle 150 ml), Thai sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml), garlic (chopped), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), cumin seeds (jar 20 g), nut rice (275 g), red pepper, green pepper, peanut oil and bean sprouts (a 125 g).

Cut the steak into slices and put in a bowl. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, sesame oil and the cumin seeds and pour over the steak. Spoon and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the rice at the end of the marinating time according to the instructions on the packaging.

Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips of a 1/2 cm wide.

Heat the peanut oil in a stirring stir fry the pepper for 1 min. Add the steak with the marinade and stir fry 2 min. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 1 min. Spoon the rice into 4 bowls and place the steak strips with the vegetables on them.
