Spicy chicken drumsticks with tzatziki
Drumsticks from the barbecue with chipotle and homemade tzatziki of yoghurt, mint and cucumber.

If you use the barbecue, plug it in already.

Mix the chicken drumsticks in an oven dish with the chipotle sauce and oil and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and the leaves of the fresh mint.

Peel the cucumber, halve in length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Grate the pulp coarsely.

Mix the yogurt with the garlic, fresh mint and cucumber and if necessary season with salt.

Bake the chicken in the oven dish in the middle of the oven in approx. 35 min. Until done.

If you do not use a barbecue, heat the grill pan. Grill the chicken drumsticks in the grill pan or on the barbecue in 5 min. Brown.

Serve the chicken with the tzatziki.
