Italian pasta tomato salad
What do we eat today, Italian pasta with farfalle, garlic, onion, vine tomatoes and rocket salad.

Boil the farfalle according to the directions on the package, then rinse the pasta in a colander under cold water.

Press the garlic. Beat a dressing of lemon juice, garlic and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Scrape the cheese into coarse pieces.

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the vine tomatoes into segments.

Mix the pasta, dressing, cheese, onion, tomatoes and lettuce melange and serve on deep plates. Grind a little pepper to taste.
