Maize omelette
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: corn kernels (crispy, 300 g), onion, red pepper, eggs, liquid margarine, rucola salad (80 g), salad dressing (bottle a 270 ml) and hard brown rolls.

Drain corn.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Eat eggs with salt and pepper.

Fry half of margarine in frying pan.

Spread the onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes.

Prepare onion and paprika by corn.

Mix vegetable mixture with egg.

Bake egg mixture in succession 2 large omelets in 1 tbsp margarine (each) with the lid on the pan.

Spread the salad over four plates and sprinkle with dressing.

Cut omelets into 4 points.

Place 2 points of omelette on each plate.

Serve with sandwiches..
